Ordiman has a long history in the night life of Budapest. As DJ he played in countless clubs and he’s still a regular in places like A38, Akvárium Klub, Instant or Orfeum. His sets covers multiple genres like ghetto-swing, balkan beats even electro. The latest assignment of Ordiman was the „Great Gatsby”, a costume play by the National Theatre of Miskolc. He was responsible to select and play authentic music during the shows.
His second release on Mana Mana Records is called Red EP. It’s a collection of remixes he made during the past years for bands like the french Lamuzgueule. Their song “Rideau” gets a neo swing boost while the remixes for the fellow Colorstar or Eszter Takács–a known local singer-songwriter–is between electro and dubstep. We also get a ghetto-funk treatment of the labelmates track „Gimme One More” by The Worldstylers. That’s how Ordiman does… and it’s not over yet.
